2. Service Description ​

Degen API provides off-chain API services for Solana developers.

3. User Responsibilities ​

  • You are responsible for all activities conducted through your use of Degen API
  • You must ensure that your use of the API complies with all applicable laws and regulations
  • You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. API Usage and Limitations ​

  • During beta testing, the service is provided free of charge
  • Beginning April 14, 2025, a fee of 0.05% will be applied to the amount of SOL used in transactions
  • We reserve the right to impose rate limits or modify the fee structure with reasonable notice

5. Disclaimer of Warranties ​

Degen API is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability ​

In no event shall Degen API be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Modifications to Terms ​

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Degen API after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
